Chaviva “Chuck” Schoffman Negari focuses on commercial real estate finance. Chaviva has extensive experience in the origination, securitization and syndication of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, construction loans, balance sheet loans and fixed and floating rate loans representing debt funds, investment banks, insurance companies and institutional lenders. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of deal structures and features, such as multi-asset portfolios, multiple classes of debt and mezzanine and other subordinate debt features and classes of property, including office, retail, hotel and multifamily residential properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Chuck practiced commercial real estate law in the New York metro area for more than a decade specializing in the representation of lenders in connection with the financing of commercial properties throughout the Country and spent several years managing the commercial real estate loan closing group for a large institutional lender.
