Associate Attorney
Mickey Gardella focuses his practice on the representation of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and Collateralized Loan Obligations mortgage lenders for the origination of loans structured for securitization. His loans involve commercial properties comprising of single tenants, shopping centers, multi-families, self-storage facilities and/or office or retail space.
Prior to joining the firm, Mickey represented commercial real estate lenders as an associate at two law firms in New Jersey. Mickey served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, where he worked on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract actions, mortgage and tax sale certificate foreclosures and shareholder disputes.
