Sandra Rodriguez focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance, representing investment banks, insurance companies, and institutional lenders in complex lending transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients in the origination and restructuring of commercial mortgage loans, including transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Sandra’s practice spans a broad range of asset classes nationwide, including multifamily properties, hotels, retail shopping centers and office buildings.
Prior to joining the firm, Sandra practiced commercial real estate law in the New York City area for more than two decades. During that time, she developed a strong reputation for representing lenders in connection with the financing and refinancing of commercial properties, handling sophisticated transactions involving large portfolios and single-asset deals.
