Hilary Nolan has worked in the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) industry since 2003, with her practice focused in the areas of loans origination, transfer of assets and servicing transactions. Hilary served as outside counsel for one of the major Wall Street firms in the origination of over 200 loans, ranging in loan amounts from $1 million to $15 million. The loans included retail, office, shopping centers, hotels and multifamily properties. Hilary’s recent work includes the representation of CMBS loan servicers, in their capacity as master, primary and special servicer, concentrating on day-to-day borrower consents including, assumptions, cash management initiation and transfer, partial releases, transfers of interest and modifications, as well as consents and assumptions in connection with agency loans.
