Oreoluwatola (Ore) Adesina’s practice area is focused on real estate and finance matters, with an emphasis on the origination and servicing of Commercial Mortgaged-Backed Securities (CMBS) loans. Ore has advised CMBS lenders with respect to loan originations; assisting with title, survey and due diligence review. Ore also has extensive experience representing CMBS master and special servicers with respect to a variety of matters, including loan modifications, transfers and assumptions, condemnations, consents, partial releases, forbearance agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, letters of credit, property management agreements and leasing matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ore was an associate with a law firm in Houston, Texas, practicing in their Commercial Lending and Real Estate Department.
